This year the CanTech Grand Tour was organised in the bustling city of Istanbul, located in a splendid venue just by the sea.
During the 3-day conference where you can meet with many high-level experts and keynote speakers addressing all the important issues in the area of canmaking, filling and packaging, Pascal Amelot, our Commercial Director for Packaging brilliantly spoke about “How to use sustainability as a competitive differentiator”. (Wednesday 27 March)
There would be no Cantech without the prestigious awards ceremony, the Can Awards, that took place on the 2nd evening of the conference (March 26). The chance for the canmakers to present their most innovative and recent product or equipment. For the first time, suppliers to the industry were also awarded thanks to the Global Can Supplier Awards. Giving everyone within the business a chance to shine!
