  • We were @ ADF&PCD Paris 2020

29-30 January 2019

Innovate together!

Once again, the ADF&PCD fair returned to Paris and the key theme was ‘Innovate Together’. Even bigger, even greater. The exhibition hall of Paris Porte de Versailles was a bustling place, full of professionals from all over the world and lots of well-designed and appealing stands of which the ArcelorMittal Packaging one.

'I saw it first' at ADF!

By far ADF&PCD is the #1 aerosol event and the one aerosol packaging professionals prefer. It has become the only dedicated trade event which showcases the world’s most innovative aerosol and dispensing technologies. And it is highly likely for a lot of companies to say they ‘saw it first’ at ADF.

The fair is a real opportunity to be among all the suppliers and key players of the aerosol industry, all gathered in one place. The whole teams involved in packaging projects across the design, marketing, packaging development and buying functions are there to meet and discover new projects and products. The perfect occasion for ArcelorMittal Packaging and R&D teams to showcase and promote the advantages of our steel products for the aerosol business.

Steel standing out as the ideal partner

In addition to the exhibition, a free-to-attend programme provides the audience with rich insight into the minds of the industry’s most technical experts. The opportunity to hear from high level speakers and packaging specialists their last thinking about the challenges and opportunities for the packaging industry especially in the aerosol and dispensing market.

Among them, Gilles Mangin, Global R&D Packaging, made a speech on January 30 presenting our smart solutions made of steel that drastically reduce the weight of aerosol cans. Helped with charts and figures, he made a persuasive speech about the advantages of steel vs. aluminium and other materials as being the partner of choice for aerosol cans.

The message was sent loud and clear and no doubt the audience heard it in view of the many visitors who came to our booth after the conference asking for more details! Good job Gilles! Cool
