Next March from 25 to 27 will be the CanTech Grand Tour 2019 taking place in Istanbul, Turkey. And with it comes the Global Can Supplier Award!

ArcelorMittal will be present as this yearly conference assembles technical experts from global suppliers and their customers from all over the globe. Attending CanTech gives you access to all the latest innovations and trends in terms of production technologies within the packaging industry.

Apart from being a great opportunity for networking and listening to the high-level conferences, there is one key moment during the fair that is long awaited by all the participants: the Global Can Supplier Awards.

An award that celebrates excellence

The ceremony takes place on the 2nd evening of the conference (March 26) and the highlight of the evening is the Supplier Innovation Awards. It is the opportunity for the suppliers to present their most innovative product or equipment, and is a way to celebrate excellence within the can making industry.

This year ArcelorMittal’s entry is about our lighter and greener steel for aerosols. Thanks to our two latest steel grades TH650N and TS550 which allow amazing thickness reduction for tops/bottoms and body, whilst maintaining steel hardness and offering excellent formability. Strong and sustainable, that is what our steel is!

Of course, being there is everything, but winning is better! Moreover if it is Gold! That is why we need your vote and we need you to widely spread the news so that we can grab lots and lots of votes for this innovation that really deserves to win, don’t you think?

Voting is already opened and will end on the 22th February.
