  • Eurobox brings glam to specialty cans

At the IMDPA Excellence in Quality Contest, spanish canmaker Eurobox won two major awards: Best of category in Specialty & Fancy cans and Grand Award thanks to the iconic Jean-Paul Gaultier pin-up can

Even though the 2020 IMDPA annual conference was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the prestigious Excellence in Quality Contest was still maintained. This is one of the most important annual metal decorating competitions and it rewards companies who have made exceptional quality and precise consistency their mission in the pursuit of decorating and packaging excellence.

Eurobox Premium Metal Packaging, a long-term partner and customer based near Alicante in Spain, competed in the Specialty & Fancy cans category with the Jean-Paul Gaultier pin-up can. The project was developed by the family-owned fashion and beauty company Puig and manufactured by Eurobox in collaboration with ArcelorMittal as tinplate supplier, Litalsa as tinplate printer, and Sun Chemical as ink manufacturer.

Resulting from this collaboration the double-award glamorous shiny pink steel can of excellent and high quality.
